Septic Preservation Services have septic repairs including a sewage grinder pump repair today in Sturbridge, Oxford, Brimfield, Brookfield, Dudley, Uxbridge and Millbury MA. As with all parts of your septic system your sewage grinder pump is an essential part of your septic system. Waste from water-using household appliances (toilets, bathtubs, washing machines, etc.) flows through your home’s pipes into the grinder pump’s holding tank. Once the wastewater inside the tank reaches a specific level, the pump will turn on, grind the waste into a fine slurry and pump it to the central sewer system or septic tank. A sewage grinder pump does what the name suggests and is not something that you want to leave inoperative because more serious breakdowns and larger repairs may then be necessary. If you require a septic repair for any part of your septic system including the septic tank, leach field or drain field, distribution box or septic pump or if you have concerns about your septic system please do contact our Norton office on 877 378 4279 or visit Septic Preservation Services where we will be happy to answer any questions you have and book an appointment if necessary.

This technology has been applied in residential situations for both single and multi-family dwellings, as well as commercial situations, servicing hotels, laundromats, grocery stores, food processing facilities, healthcare services, marinas, restaurants and more.
Some of the benefits associated with Septic Rejuvenation include:

Septic Preservation Services are always available for property owners who need advice about their septic system. If you own a septic system it is important that it is properly maintained. The most important septic system maintenance is having your septic system pumped. How often you need to pump the solids out of your septic tank depends on factors including:
- the number of people in your household;
- the amount of wastewater generated (based on the number of people in the household and the amount of water used); and,
- the volume of solids in the wastewater (e.g., using a garbage disposal will increase the amount of solids).
- the size of your septic tank
Generally you should have your septic system pumped every 3-5 years but the above factors can dramatically change this. For example is you have, and use, a garbage disposal your system will need to be pumped annually. Today we have septic pumping scheduled in East Brookfield, Spencer, Ware, Oxford, Sturbridge and Brimfield MA. If you need a septic pump out or if you have questions about you septic system please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com
Septic Preservation Services has been working in this region on septic systems for over 20 years. During this time we have worked with many different types of septic system and therefore gained knowledge and experience working on systems such as Singulair, FAST, Sand Filter, Jet System, Fuji Clean and many others. All septic systems are designed specifically for their own site and have variances which make them unique but most systems are based on the same principles. A conventional septic system consists of a septic tank, a distribution box and a drainfield. Your septic system treats your household wastewater by temporarily holding it in the septic tank where heavy solids and lighter scum are allowed to separate from the wastewater. The solids stored in the tank are decomposed by bacteria and later pumped out. After partially treated wastewater leaves the tank, it flows into a distribution box, which separates this flow evenly into a network of drainfield trenches. Drainage holes at the bottom of each line allow the wastewater to drain into gravel trenches for temporary storage. This effluent then slowly seeps into the subsurface soil where it is further treated and purified. Like anything in your home your septic system must be maintained to ensure it keeps working correctly. If you do not want the worry of looking after your system or have a business and a septic failure would mean lost revenue it may be worth considering a septic service plan. We service many types of septic systems for our customers on quarterly, biannual or annual basis depending on their system and the amount of use it gets. Today we have septic services including Singulair Services and FAST Services scheduled in Bellingham, Blackstone, Wrentham, Franklin, Oxford and Upton MA. If you would be interested in a septic service or you have questions about your septic system or septic services specifically please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com

For exactly these reasons we have many customers on septic service agreements for their systems. Again you want your system to be working efficiently and you definitely would rather have your system repaired before you have a breakdown which for septic systems can not only be inconvenient but also unpleasant, expensive and a large disruption, especially if it is a septic system that supports a business. We service many types of septic system including Singulair, FAST, Sand Filter, Fuji Clean, Advanced Treatment Unit, Cesspool and Jet Systems. Septic Preservation Services conduct many septic inspections throughout the year and the majority are for property owners who are selling their home or commercial property and need to have a septic inspection because they have a septic system and are not on town sewer. However there are other instances when a septic inspection is required. Today we have septic inspections in Sutton, Oxford, Uxbridge, Grafton, Sturbridge, East Brookfield and Bellingham MA including a condominium septic inspection where the property not being sold. As stated on the Official Website of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs:
“Units in a Condominium or Cooperative Corporation. The cooperative corporation or condominium association shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and upgrade of any system or systems serving the units, unless otherwise provided in the governing documents of the condominium association or the cooperative corporation. For a facility comprised of five or more condominium or cooperative units, each system located on the facility shall be inspected at least once every three years instead of at time of transfer of title and all existing systems shall be inspected by December 1, 1996.”
Our client’s condominium building is larger than 5 units so we are inspecting their system as required by Massachusetts because it will soon be over 3 years since their last septic inspection. If you require a septic Inspection or if you have any questions about septic inspections please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit www.septicpreservation.com
Septic Preservation Services regularly find that homeowners with Septic Systems are mistakenly under the impression that if their septic system is left alone and there are no signs of septic problems within their home that it will continue to work without maintenance and attention. Septic systems will always require septic pumping but the regularity of this is dependant on a variety of factors including the size or your septic tank and the number of people in your household. We recommend that you have your septic tank pumped every 2-5 years so for example a household with teenage children and a smaller septic tank will need to be pumped more often than a home of a retired couple. A home with a garbage disposal will need to be pumped annually. Today we have septic pumping scheduled in Oxford, Uxbridge, Graton, Blackstone, Holliston and Upton MA. If you are unsure if your septic tank needs to be pumped or need to schedule a septic pumping please do contact our Norton office where we will be happy to help on 877-378-4279 or visit www.septicpreservation.com
