Septic Services Can Take The Worry From Septic System Maintenance

Septic Preservation Services know that many people who own a vehicle will schedule a service for their car when the service indicators comes on or carry out their car maintenance themselves. As car owners we accept that maintaining our car is going to cost money but we use our vehicles daily so they need to be well maintained. The same is true for your septic system. There aren’t many properties that do not see their septic systems used daily. However a septic system is not the same as your car and many property owners turn to professionals, like Septic Preservation Services, to take care of their septic services. We have commercial and residential customers who rely upon us to take care of their septic systems so they do not need to worry about them. This is especially true for commercial customers who lose revenue when their septic system is not working. We will schedule septic services for our customers on a quarterly, biannual or annual basis depending on their septic system and the usage it gets. For example a busy restaurant that is open year round will need a service more frequently than a cafe that is only open in the summer ‘season’. Today we have septic services scheduled in Marion, Bourne, Carver, Sandwich, Mashpee, Falmouth and Barnstable MA. If you would be interested in scheduling a septic service or if you have any questions about septic systems or our septic services please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com

Septic Inspections Often Lead To Referrals and Repeat Business

Septic Preservation Services have spent many years in this region providing septic services to property owners. Often the first contact we will have with a client is when they request a septic inspection because they are selling a property or sometimes buying a property with a septic system. This is because in Massachusetts a system inspection is required:

“Within 2 years before a sale. If weather conditions prevent inspection at the time of a sale, the inspection must take place within 6 months afterward.” For more information see https://www.mass.gov/guides/buying-or-selling-property-with-a-septic-system

Today we have septic inspections in Mattapoisett, Marion, New Bedford, Westport, Freetown, Fall River and Swansea MA. We provide thorough, professional and convenient inspections so much of our business comes from referrals or repeat business. Once we have performed a septic inspection we are then contacted by that customer or by people they have referred to us for septic services, septic repairs, septic improvements, septic upgrades, septic designs, septic installations, septic pumping or additional septic inspections. If you require a septic inspection or any other septic service or if you have any questions about your septic system please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com where we will be happy to help you.

Our Monthly Safety Meeting Ensures That In Our Busiest Season Safety Is Not Compromised

Septic Preservation Services takes the safety of its employees and customers extremely seriously. Our May monthly safety meeting was designed to prepare our workforce for the coming busy season and to review common hazardous exposures, discuss safety controls and review dig-safe importance. We had employees attend the safety meeting in person and remotely from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine. Traditionally we are always busier in the months from Spring – Fall with septic service contracts, septic repairs resulting from those services, work delayed due to weather, increased real estate movement and with the usual new customers and referrals. However this increased workload should not mean that safety is at all compromised and our monthly meetings are there to ensure that does not happen. The meeting specifically addressed topics including driving safety, infectious disease controls, ergonomics, preventing falls and confined space entry controls. We have an excellent reputation in New England and want to maintain that by ensuring that our staff receive the best possible training. If you have questions about septic systems or wish to make an appointment please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com

Septic Systems Are Easily Maintained With Septic Services

Septic Preservation Services know that if you have never owned a property with a septic system the unknown can be a bit daunting. However a septic system or ‘on-site sewage system’ is a pretty simple and not an uncommon way for a property to process its own waste. A typical septic system consists of a septic tank and a drainfield. All water runs out of your house from one main drainage pipe into a septic tank which is a buried, water-tight container usually made of concrete, fiberglass, or polyethylene. Its job is to hold the wastewater long enough to allow solids to settle down to the bottom which forms a sludge, while the oil and grease floats to the top as scum. Compartments in the tank and a T-shaped outlet prevent the sludge and scum from leaving the tank and traveling into the drainfield area. The liquid wastewater, or effluent, then exits the tank into the drainfield. Finally the wastewater percolates into the soil, naturally removing harmful bacteria, viruses, and nutrients. Many homes in New England have their own septic system and they are not all way out in the countryside. As more and more property has been built it has not all been connected upto town sewer so many homes that are in towns and cities have their own septic systems. If you are unsure about septic system maintenance or just don’t want to have to worry about it a good solution may be a septic service plan. Septic services are an ideal way for property owners to be totally confident that their septic system maintenance is being done without have to concern themselves about it. We maintain, check and monitor the septic system and notify our customer if we find anything that may be a problem in the future which can prevent small septic problems becoming large and expensive septic failures. Today we have septic services scheduled in Freetown, Seekonk, Swansea, Marion, Westport, New Bedford and Fall River MA. If you wish to schedule a septic service or if you have any questions about septic services please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com

Septic System Services On Systems Including Singular, FAST and Sand Filter

Septic Preservation Services has been working in this region on septic systems for over 20 years. During this time we have worked with many different types of septic system and therefore gained knowledge and experience working on systems such as Singulair, FAST, Sand Filter, Jet System, Fuji Clean and many others. All septic systems are designed specifically for their own site and have variances which make them unique but most systems are based on the same principles. A conventional septic system consists of a septic tank, a distribution box and a drainfield. Your septic system treats your household wastewater by temporarily holding it in the septic tank where heavy solids and lighter scum are allowed to separate from the wastewater. The solids stored in the tank are decomposed by bacteria and later pumped out. After partially treated wastewater leaves the tank, it flows into a distribution box, which separates this flow evenly into a network of drainfield trenches. Drainage holes at the bottom of each line allow the wastewater to drain into gravel trenches for temporary storage. This effluent then slowly seeps into the subsurface soil where it is further treated and purified. Like anything in your home your septic system must be maintained to ensure it keeps working correctly. If you do not want the worry of looking after your system or have a business and a septic failure would mean lost revenue it may be worth considering a septic service plan. We service many types of septic systems for our customers on quarterly, biannual or annual basis depending on their system and the amount of use it gets. Today we have septic services including Singulair Services and FAST Services scheduled in Bellingham, Blackstone, Wrentham, Franklin, Oxford and Upton MA. If you would be interested in a septic service or you have questions about your septic system or septic services specifically please do contact our Norton office on 877-378-4279 or visit http://www.septicpreservation.com

Septic Preservation Services has septic services scheduled today in Cumberland, North Smithfield, Lincoln, Smithfield, Burrillville and Glocester RI. We go to our clients for services on a quarterly, biannually or annual basis and the regularity of our services are determined by a number of factors.
