For a facility comprised of five or more condominium or cooperative units, each system located on the facility shall be inspected at least once every three years instead of at time of transfer of title and all existing systems shall be inspected by December 1, 1996.”

Septic Preservation Services regularly find that homeowners with Septic Systems are mistakenly under the impression that if their septic system is left alone and there are no signs of septic problems within their home that it will continue to work without maintenance and attention.
