Title 5 Septic Inspections Carried Out in Massachusetts
Septic Preservation Services are pleased that the majority of snow finally melted over the weekend. Although we can still carry out septic services in winter some tasks can’t be done when the ground is frozen and covered in over a foot of snow. However we know that while winter can slow a lot of things down people still need to move house and if they have a septic system in Massachusetts they are required to have a Title 5 Septic Inspection done. Thankfully the regulations acknowledge that living in New England sometimes means that the weather will play a factor in planning so it is stated on the Massachusetts Government Website that”
“If weather conditions prevent an inspection before a sale, Title 5 allows the inspection to be done up to 6 months afterwards, provided that the seller notifies the buyer in writing of the need to complete the inspection.”

Today we have Title 5 Septic Inspections scheduled for customers in Norwell, Scituate, Hanover, Hingham, Canton and Stoughton MA. These inspections include ones that had to be rescheduled due to the severe snow we recieved a week ago.

Septic Preservation Services has qualified engineers working for us who can assist with your septic engineering needs
Septic Preservation Services has both commercial and residential customers and one of our main services to our clients with restaurants is routine grease trap cleaning. How often a restaurant must have its grease traps pumped varies from town to town. However, to keep a restaurant running smoothly and free of problems, it is important to have the grease traps checked and cleaned regularly. Ignoring grease traps can result in backups, clogged sewer systems, or worse.
